Today was our tour day covering some of the historic beginnings of Germantown at the Dheinsville Historic Park & Museums in Germantown Wisconsin. This is an original 1850s settlement on a 9 acre park located at the corners of Holy Hill Road, Hwy 145/Fond du Lac Ave, and Maple Road.
We toured the Sila Lydia Bast Bell Museum & Fire Hall 1880/1910 with over 5000 bells on display, the Christ Church Museum of Local History 1862, and the Valentine Wolf Haus Museum and Jeffris Genealogy Research including the Shoemaker Half-Timber Haus 1854.
